02 / POLICYBAZAAR UAETHE POLICY PROJECT
UAE branded vodcast · Format development · Set design · Production · Post-production
UAE Branded VodcastAfter creating The Marketing Bytes, I helped turn our end-to-end podcast capability into a client-facing offer. This led to The Policy Project, a video podcast series created for Policybazaar UAE, featuring conversations with its insurance partners. Each conversation was produced as a full-length episode, then extended into reels and YouTube Shorts to introduce the guest, highlight key moments and promote the complete podcast.
01 / The business problem
Policybazaar UAE wanted to create conversations with its insurance partners in a format that felt accessible, consistent and recognisably connected to the brand. A series of unrelated interviews would not have created that consistency. The requirement was for a repeatable video format that could work across guests and episodes, while also producing content for the brand’s social platforms.
02 / The strategic response
Build a recognisable series, not a collection of interviews. We developed a consistent video podcast format with its own studio identity, episode structure and visual treatment. The format allowed different insurance partners to participate while ensuring that every conversation still looked and felt like part of the same Policybazaar UAE series.
03 / How it was executed
The project was developed and produced through Connexion Studio in Dubai. We shaped the episode format and content approach, created a dedicated Policybazaar UAE studio backdrop, planned each recording and coordinated the filming. Every conversation was edited into a full-length video podcast with branded graphics and post-production. We then identified the strongest moments from each episode and turned them into reels and YouTube Shorts designed to promote the guest, build interest in the conversation and direct viewers towards the complete episode.
