Retail and experiential marketing
Retail & ExperientialA workshop-led retail programme that turned the stores into places for design discovery.
01 / The business problem
Asian Paints Beautiful Homes Stores offered far more than a conventional home décor shop, but audiences needed a compelling reason to walk in and experience it for themselves. The challenge was to increase seasonal footfall among homeowners while building stronger relationships with architects and interior designers, whose recommendations could influence future projects and purchase decisions.
02 / The way in
Turn the store into a place for design discovery. Instead of relying only on product displays, we gave people a reason to spend time inside the store. A programme of curated workshops allowed homeowners to explore ideas for their spaces, while architects and interior designers could discover products, interact with experts and build a closer relationship with the brand.
03 / What we did
We developed workshops for homeowners, architects and interior designers, with each session planned around the interests of its audience. Guests participated in practical design sessions, explored the complete product range, interacted with design and product experts, and discovered ideas for their homes or professional projects. I worked across the strategy, planning and delivery of the programme, while campaign films and reels extended the workshops beyond the physical space.
